CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

rositaThis year we conducted our first extensive customer satisfaction survey with our new clients. Our survey team spent many weekends visiting each family, talking about their experience, their habits and finding out about areas where we, as product and service providers, can improve. We are proud of the results: A staggering 93% of clients say that their home has improved thanks to x-runner, and 90% would recommend the toilet to others. When comparing with existing solutions, more than 80% of participants say that x-runner’s solution is better than what they had before (pit latrines, buckets, etc.). And, the number of family members who claimed they were against the x-runner toilet before its installation dropped by two thirds after installation. These results motivate us to continue working hard on delivering the best product and service for our customers – every single day.
