Hoy les queremos presentar a Pepe, uno de los “Fósiles” de x-runner. Pepe tiene muchas cualidades: es un capísimo diseñador industrial, es un curioso incesante por naturaleza, y siempre considera el beneficio de los clientes como máxima prioridad. Tiene un corazón enorme, mucha paciencia y siempre está dispuesto a apoyar en lo que sea. Y, es experto en el arte del “pestañeo”. Pepe, gracias por formar parte del equipo, esperamos que te quedes por muchísimo tiempo más con x-runner.
Today we’d like to introduce you to Pepe, one of x-runner’s “fossiles”. Pepe has many qualities: he is a very gifted industrial designer, he is curious by nature and always has the client’s benefit in mind. He has a huge heart, a lot of patience and is always ready to help. And, he is an expert in the art of “power-napping”. Pepe, thank you for forming part of the team, we hope to have you with us for a very long time to come.
- Cómo reaccionan tus amigos cuando se enteran donde trabajas?
Creo que todos se sorprenden un montón. Es como si fuese lo último en lo que hubiesen pensado.
Siempre cuento de qué se trata, me hacen un par de preguntas y luego terminan diciendo: “…asuuuu que loco!”
- How do your friends react when they find out where you work?
I think everyone is very surprised. It is as though this option is the last that would occur to them. I always talk about what it is about, they ask me a few questions and in the end the usually say: “…..wow! That’s crazy!”
- Cómo llegaste a x-runner?
Un profesor de la Universidad me recomendó, me puse en contacto con Jessi y al día siguiente llegara, tuve una entrevista con ella e Isa. Ahí comenzó todo… me acuerdo que Jessi estaba con un jetlag maleado.
- How did you arrive at x -runner?
A professor at my university recommended me to Jessica and put us in touch. I had an interview with her and Isabel. That is where everything began… I remember that Jessi was super jetlagged – haha.
- Nombra tres cosas que llevarías a una isla desértica y explica porqué.
-Teléfono satelital: Para que me recojan!!!
-Manual de supervivencia: Para saber cómo sobrevivir, o por lo menos creer que tengo alguna chance.
-La navaja suiza más completa que exista.

- Qué significa EQUIPO para ti?
Un grupo de gente que empuja el carro en un mismo sentido y en el que todos sus miembros siempre están al tanto de la persona de al lado.
- What does TEAM mean to you?
A group of people that pushes the car in one same direction, and where each member is aware of the person sitting next to them.
- Qué significa FAMILIA para ti?
Es un equipo unido por lazos íntimos e inquebrantables, donde el objetivo principal es en sí, mejorar y perdurar estos mismos lazos.
- What does FAMILY mean to you?
It is a team, united by intimate and unbreakable bonds, where the main goal is to improve and strengthen those bonds.
- Si te regalarían un pasaje a cualquier lugar en el mundo… dónde te irías y por qué? Quién llevarías contigo?
Iría a Okinawa, Japón. Y llevaría a mi papá para que me presente a la familia que aún tengo por allá y que no conozco.
- If you could travel to any place in the world … where would you go and why? Who you take with you?
I would go to Okinawa, Japan. I would take my Dad so he could introduce me to the family members I still have there and don’t know.
- Si podrías escoger a un personaje, vivo o muerto, real o ficción, con el que te gustaría compartir unas copas de vino y conversar, quién sería y porqué?
Pucha no sé, demasiado indeciso como para estas preguntas. Jajaja…creo que paso ah
- If you could choose a character, living or dead, real or fictional, with whom you could share a glass of wine and have a conversation, who would it be and why?
I don’t know, I am way too indecisive right now for these kind of questions. Hahaha… next please!
- Qué te gusta del trabajo en x-runner?
Lo que más me gusta es cuando tengo la oportunidad de hablar con usuarios y escuchar sus historias. Sobre todo cuando dentro de esa historia te das cuenta que el baño que le llevaste realmente hizo la diferencia en su hogar, que realmente significó algo positivo en sus vidas.
- What do you like about working with x -runner?
What I like most is when I get to talk to our clients and listen to their stories. Especially when, within that story, you realize that the toilet you brought to them really did make a difference in their home, that it really means something positive in their lives.
- Y la última…. PPHH: Bolita o doblado?
Doblado de hecho. Bolita es para los mocos.
- And the final question…. Toilet Paper: fold it or crunch it?
Folded for sure. Crunching is for blowing the nose.
